In March 2024, we reached out to a bunch of talented, capable, wonderful women+ in our community and started highlighting them on our socials throughout the month in a campaign we cheekily called Workin' 9-9. No more excuses for telling us you don't know any women+ in fill in the blank position here.

The response was electric.
But then...
Some of the incredible, talented women+ in our community declined to be featured simply because they didn't like how they looked in photos.

We know putting yourself out there is daunting. In our industry, and so many others, you need to be able to confidently pitch yourself to get what you want. While we can't magically erase imposter syndrome overnight (we're trying!), we can certainly work to help women+ feel more confident with the image of themselves they're putting out into the world.

So we decided to host an event where we'd cover the tab to give women+ access to a professional, top notch photographer (who generously donates their time) and the event was a hit!
